Thanks for purchasing our products at The Vitamin Company.
Order will be processed immediately upon order confirmation.
For orders exceeding PKR 15,000 the customer would need to pay 20% of the full amount in advance.
We do not offer refunds, if the products are opened or used.
In case of damaged delivery and if informed immediately at company’s helpline number, we offer free replacement of the product / products.
In order to be eligible for a replacement you have to lodge your complain within 12 hours of receiving the order. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and it is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods- in-transit.
Replacement will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days of receipt of the product by The Vitamin Company, provided goods are received in acceptable condition.
